FAQ

What type of damage can you fix?

Our trained Onsite technicians can repair all of the following MINOR-COLLISION damage to your vehicle: Paintless Dent Removal; touch-up and scratch removal; dented, scraped, scratched or cracked bumpers; interior (leather, vinyl, plastic, and upholstery); and alloy wheel repair.

Where is service performed?

WE COME TO YOU! All services are performed on-site at your home or work.

How long does it take?

The average job takes around 2 hours to complete! We've never had a job take an entire day.

How much does it cost?

Most repairs cost less than most insurance deductibles. To get an estimate, E-mail photos of damage to estimate@onsiterecon.com, and we'll give you an estimate within 1 business day!

How are you different?

A better question might be, "How are we not different?" We are at the forefront of the on-site service model...pioneers, if you will. Not only that, but we don't like competition, so we've stepped up our game unlike any other service industry your likely to come across. We only hire men of character, and who are clean-cut in appearance. We put them in uniforms and demand they provide customer service that exceeds expectations. In other words, there's only one Onsite Recon™. See what some of our customer's are saying here.

Can I use my insurance?

With most repairs costing less than most insurance deductibles, there is no reason to file a claim. If the repair amount exceeds your deductible, you may still prefer to avoid filing a claim so as to avoid the potential risk of increased premiums.

Will it look as good as if I took it to a body shop?

I always laugh when I hear this question, because quite honestly, most body shop work doesn't look all that good in our opinion. I can say with confidence, that the repair to your vehicle will look great! It is our goal to make the damage look like it never even happened!

What is the guarantee?

First of all, we will never leave a job that doesn't meet our quality expectations. As long as you're the owner, we will repair any defects in workmanship, including peeling and/or cracking.

Are you licensed, insured...etc.?

Yes. We are licensed and insured, and are members of the Better Business Bureau and our local chamber of commerce.
